1. The Chronicle of Philanthropy reported that a relief charity by the name of International Aid, located in Spring Lake, Michigan, is suspending operations. This charity has been working for nearly three decades to help impoverished people.
2. The Nonprofit Marketing Blog announced the Connect One Sweepstakes, sponsored by Capital One. The grand prize for this contest is a $10,000 grant to a nonprofit of the winner’s choice.
3. A post on the A. Fine Blog, entitled “Twitter Vote Report Case Study,” reports on two case studies: The Twitter Vote Report and The Inauguration Report. The two pieces were both compiled by individuals at the Center for Social Media at American University.
