Posted by aaronjmarquez on December 20, 2007

ServeNext member Spencer Tate was photographed by national media outlets yesterday at a rally for former U.S. Senator John Edwards (D-NC) featuring special musical guests Bonnie Raitt and Jackson Browne. A proud supporter of Edwards for President, Tate wore his light blue ServeNext t-shirt and was invited by campaign staff to sit on stage prior to the start of the Portsmouth event.

Tate also had the opportunity to speak with Edwards following the event, asking him when to expect to see the National Service policy address that he promised ServeNext members at a town hall meeting on Saturday, December 8th in Concord. Edwards told him that it’s still in the works, but to expect something “before the Primary.”

We’re looking forward to it! And now, for your viewing pleasure…
